Wall Street Greed: Squeezing out first time home buyers.

For generations now, family's have built wealth through home ownership. Not only did they build wealth but they had a secure place to call home. Sadly, that dream for many is being lost.

I believe homes should be owned by families who live in them, not traded like stocks on Wall Street. The attempt by institutional investors to own the housing market has driven up prices and squeezed out first time home buyers. How does it make us feel to think that our children will be bidding against billion dollar companies to purchase their first home. I will fight to push corporate greed out of our housing market, and I won't take no for an answer.
